What is the cost of shipping and the processing time?

The cost of shipping is determined by weight and distance which is calculated at checkout.

Local delivery is available free of charge for orders of $50 or more to select cities in the greater Sacramento area and parts of Placer County (Folsom, Granite Bay, Roseville, Citrus Heights, Orangevale Fair Oaks, Carmichael and Rancho Cordova, El Dorado Hills, Cameron Park)

Orders are processed and shipped on Tuesday and Thursday's. Once shipped the time varies but is typically 5-7 business days.

In the rare case there is a delay in processing or a shop vacation, there will be a special note posted.

We do not accept returns but please reach out if you have an issue with your order and we will handle on a case by case basis.

No, not all of our fragrances are 100% natural. Some include a blend of both natural and synthetic ingredients.

Ray Made Fragrance offers all-natural options, which will be included on each product label. Current collections and/or products that are all-natural include:

Ray Made Fragrance follows IFRA guidelines for each fragrance oil to ensure skin and health safety.

All products are handmade in a designated home studio.

Please always test patch to rule out individual allergies and sensitivities. Consult a doctor if pregnant, breast feeding or experiencing an illness. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
